Digital Products
Digital purchases (e.g., e-books, templates, software, online courses, gift cards) are non-refundable once delivered and downloaded.

Tangible Products
Tangible products may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Order or Service Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order or service before it has been fulfilled, follow these steps:

For Tangible Products: If your order has not shipped yet, you may request a cancellation.

For Website Design, Website Management, Graphic Design Services, or Photography Services: You may cancel before work has started for a full refund. However, the Order Form Agreement still applies, and applicable fees may be charged based on the terms agreed upon at the time of purchase.

Website Design & Website Management Services
Due to the customized nature of these services, all payments are non-refundable once work has started.
If you wish to cancel before work begins, follow the cancellation request process above.
However, the Order Form Agreement still applies, and applicable fees may be charged if work has already been initiated in any capacity.
Any major changes requested after the design process starts require mutual approval.

Graphic Design
All graphic design services (e.g., logo creation, branding, digital illustrations) are non-refundable once the service has been provided.
If you are unhappy with the results, you can request a rework. Fill out the form at https://www.thehustleguy.com/contact, select Inquiry Type: Customer Satisfaction (Rework), and include the following message: "I am requesting a rework for my order. My details are below:

Photography Services
Photography services are non-refundable once the session has been completed.

All rework requests are subject to review and approval. I will assess the issue and determine the best way to improve the final result.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of a scheduled session may incur a 10% cancellation fee, except in cases of medical emergencies or the death of a family member. I ask that these exceptions be used fairly and ethically.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a tangible product, follow the return process outlined above.

Once the return is approved, an exchange will be provided based on availability.

How often do I update this Refund and Return Policy?
I may update this Refund and Return Policy from time to time to reflect changes in my refund and return practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. Please revisit this Refund and Return Policy regularly to stay informed about my procedures and guidelines.
