Custom Photography Request

Service Description

Custom Photography is available for groups involving more than 10 people and small-business projects that do not reasonably fit the Standard, Extended, or Premium packages. Each request is reviewed based on the project size, schedule, location, available equipment, and whether it can reasonably be handled by one photographer with limited assistance. Projects requiring multiple photographers, simultaneous coverage in different areas, a large production crew, or extensive equipment may be modified or declined. Specialized equipment, studio space, permits, rentals, and other third-party resources are not automatically included. When something additional is needed, available options and costs will be discussed before the project is approved. No rental or additional expense will be arranged without the client’s approval. Submitting an inquiry does not reserve a date, confirm availability, approve the project, or establish a final price. Approved projects may require a custom quote, Custom Photography Service Agreement, required payment, and written confirmation. Best for: Groups with more than 10 people, team or employee photography, small-business branding, website or social-media content, simple product photography, business-location photographs, and other manageable small-business projects. Not intended for: Large productions requiring several photographers, extensive production crews, simultaneous coverage across multiple areas, or equipment and arrangements outside the available service scope.
