Photo Session – Standard

Service Description

A photography session of up to one hour for portraits, individual professional headshots, couples, families, graduation photography, maternity photography, birthday portraits, individual personal branding, and simple small-business content. The package includes one approved location, outfit changes as time allows, a private online proof gallery, client selection of 15 photographs, 15 professionally edited high-resolution digital photographs, and delivery through a private final gallery link. Clients normally have seven calendar days after receiving the proof gallery to submit their selections. The private final gallery link normally remains available for seven calendar days after final delivery. Submitting a booking request does not reserve or confirm the session. After the request is reviewed and conditionally accepted, a 25% booking retainer must be paid online by the stated deadline. The date and time are reserved only after all confirmation requirements are completed and written confirmation is provided. The remaining balance is normally due in cash no later than the beginning of the session. Another payment method or payment time may be accepted with approval. Published prices exclude applicable sales tax and approved third-party expenses.
